Anybody looking for an extra piece of training on the 53Degrees North WAR: Sugarloaf course can pop along to our free training afternoon on the Sugarloaf. All standards will be catered for, from those looking to do the 5.3k mini the following week, to those looking to shave seconds off the 8.6k long course for Sport and WAR.

Lough Dan entry list

This is the entry list for the mini, Sport and WAR at Lough Dan. It’s shaping up to be an interesting race at the sharp end with last year’s Glendalough and Glenmalure winner Aidan Moreland set to light up the opening run, while this year’s Glendalough winner Noel Donohoe (Naas Tri Club) and Eric Wolfe (Cork Tri Club) expected to do damage on the cycle stages.
