When will my wave be starting?
The proposed start times are listed in the FAQ section, but for clarity we’ve expanded the start times here in more detail.
14th April Glendalough WAR: Wicklow Adventure Race: The proposed start times are
- WAR 8am(advanced start), 8:15am (intermediate), 8:30am (beginner)
- WAR-Sport 8:45am (advanced & intermediate), 9am (intermediate), 9:15am (beginner)
- WAR-mini 9:30am, 9:45am.
Depending on numbers of entries in each course, the start times may vary somewhat.

Note the start times for Glenmalure & Powerscourt WAR: Wicklow Adventure Races are a little later in the morning
Glenmalure WAR: Wicklow Adventure Race: The proposed start times are WAR 10am and WAR-Sport 11.30am.
Powerscourt WAR: Wicklow Adventure Race: The proposed start times WAR 10am, 10:15am, 10:45am and WAR-Sport 11.30am, 11:45am, midday.

Hi,
Quick question or two – re the up-coming April race;
1.The Spink Run – Does it begin up the miners village side or step after water fall.
2.Where/how is the mini WAR shortened along Spink please

The first run of WAR-mini starts at the upper car park and goes along the miners trail to the miners village and then straight back on it’s self.
The first run of WAR & WAR-Sport goes past the waterfall and then onto the steps, over the Spink summit and down into the miners village, onto the miners trail to the upper lake car park.
